Using this website
This website presents Rémi Bertoche’s artworks, projects and publications. No account is needed to browse it. It is intended for discovering the work and contacting the studio.
Enquiries are not orders
The contact and shop forms prepare an email enquiry. They do not confirm an order or reserve an item. The studio provides product details, prices, availability, delivery arrangements and sales terms before any commitment. No payment is taken on this website.
These terms govern website use and do not replace terms applying to a sale. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Artworks and rights
Artworks, photographs, texts, names and signatures are protected by their respective rights holders. Reuse beyond the exceptions permitted by law requires prior permission. The appearance of an artwork online does not transfer any reproduction right.
Availability and external links
Content may evolve as projects and availability change. The studio can confirm a work’s details before a project or purchase. Maintenance or technical issues may interrupt access. External websites apply their own terms and privacy policies.
