Contact and shop enquiries

The forms prepare a message in your email application. This website neither sends it automatically nor records its fields in a database. You decide whether to send it. Fields marked with an asterisk are necessary to prepare the enquiry; other fields are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

After you send a message, the studio receives the details you provide and uses them to respond and follow up. An enquiry about a purchase or commission may involve steps taken at your request before a contract. Other correspondence relates to the studio’s interest in responding to people who contact it. No newsletter subscription or advertising consent is attached to an enquiry.

Your correspondence is handled in the studio’s email system, not by this website. The website cannot determine its deletion date or verify the email provider’s settings. Contact the studio for the retention period and recipients applicable to your exchange, or to request deletion. Separate legal retention duties may apply if a transaction follows.

Technical access data

Cloudflare delivers and secures this website. Requests necessarily transmit technical data such as the IP address and requested resource to the hosting infrastructure. No contact-form content is sent to an application server by this site.

Cookies and optional services

The website does not integrate its own advertising tools. Authorized external services apply their own data-processing policies. A local preference record, bertoche-privacy-v1, remembers your choices on this device for 180 days. It contains a date and permission flags, not your contact details or a unique visitor identifier. Refusing is as simple as accepting, and does not prevent browsing the works.

YouTube players are not loaded until you allow external videos and request playback. Once loaded, Google/YouTube receives technical information and may use its own trackers for service operation, audience measurement and advertising. The player uses the privacy-enhanced domain, but this does not mean that no data is processed. Withdrawing video permission removes loaded players. Google privacy policy.

Audience measurement

No browser audience-measurement script is currently enabled. Cloudflare’s hosting and security processing remains separate from optional audience measurement.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and applicable legal basis, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing. Optional-service consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
